Exciting New Village Hotel Contract Awarded by ISG Region
Parkstone Group has just been awarded its first project for Village Hotels from main contractor ISG Regions. The project closely follows other Village Hotel developments throughout the country and is part of the Village Hotel Group’s considerable expansion plans.

Situated close to Junction 4 of the M42, the prestigious new hotel has a striking design with powder coated louvers and extensive glazed areas to the façade and is set to become a landmark building in the area.
The Parkstone works were secured as a groundworks package and include excavations, substructure works, car park construction, hard and soft landscaping finishes across the site along with street furniture. The contract is worth just under £1.5m and is expected to take approximately 18 weeks in total.
