Parkstone Group Announce Management Buyout

A major player in the construction industry, the Parkstone Group, has been acquired in a Management Buyout, headed by John Love and Margaret
Cattell. Both John and Margaret, who become Managing Director and
Financial Director respectively, have been instrumental in the success
of the company to date and see the Buyout as the next stage in its
continuing impressive growth.
 
The Group, which is based at the Coach House, Castle Hall Estate, Castle Bromwich, has two major arms, ground works and civil engineering
(Parkstone Construction) together with its aggregates division (Parkstone Aggregates).

It has an impressive reputation of experience and expertise on important projects, which most recently include major excavation and substructure works for the Selfridges and Debenhams Stores at the  Bull Ring in Birmingham, (John Love was Project Manager for both contracts),  Tesco and Asda stores. Within the public sector most recent contracts include the Dudley PFI and the Birmingham New Hospitals’ recent massive expansion of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
