Heart of England Sod Cutting Ceremony

Parkstone have secured a rare opportunity to construct a 5 acre events lake at the Heart of England Conference Centre in Meriden.

Steve Hammon (Managing Director of Heart of England Events and Conference Centre) (2nd from the right) has had a vision to expand his facilities to include water and leisure activities and has worked hard to achieve planning approval for this unique development.

Working with Parkstone; Steve recognised the need to let this contract to an experienced contractor who has vast experience in the management of the importation and earthworks requirements which generally would be generated from its
working construction sites. The lake is due to open in June 2009
with landscaping works continuing for a short period after.
